My partner and I have rented a property through Premiere Estate Agents for the past 10 months. Our property manager Jake McKinnon was awesome! Being first time renters, we were apprehensive about the process and unsure about the ins and outs of the lease however Jake explained everything thoroughly and was happy to answers all of our questions. Jake made our experience an excellent one and is an all round great bloke. Highly recommend Jake and Premiere Real Estate Agents if you are first time renters like us or for any of your property needs.

I don’t often write reviews but when I do it’s because I’ve totally been blown away with sheer amazement and the above and beyond service that I’ve received, not because Simon sold my property..... by the way which he did !!!!!! Thank you Simon you are outstanding.nBut it was actually all the other little things Simon did in between from start to finish that totally blew me away with total amazement.nnThe complete experience truely needs to be expressed and put out into the open and shared and recognised with everyone. So that other too can hear about this and then experience this for themselves. I totally recommend you do. Trust me I have already done the hard work for you.nMy property wasn’t an easy sell, lets firstly just get that out on the table. Combined with a down turn in the market made it even harder on top.nnSimon had to make a lot of calls - some good news and some not so good news. A continuously changing housing market was the causing pains of the ups and downs and we all know how hard it can be in times like these.nnBut the fact that Simon picked up the phone and made those tough calls each and every time - no matter how tough the call was going to be........nThat’s what set Simon apart from any other agent I have dealt with in the past. Honestly any agent can make a good call.nBut only a few handful will pick up the phone and make the toughest challenging calls. Not once but each and every time and that’s what I loved about Simon.nnAs hard as it was Simon never once shy’d away from what his job was. He never once conditioned me or sweat talked me down.nSimon presented hard facts so that I can first understand what the market was doing and then he would ask me on how I felt with the next move.nHe would always provide his honest professional opinion so that I could make a clear cut decisions.nnWhen I selected Simon I had already did my homework prior to calling him. I knew exactly what he was capable of already and I knew what I was looking for in an agent as I’ve sold so many properties in my past.nEven after I knew what his strengths were Simon still was able to surprise me with all the additional things he did and provide as simply part of his service.nI selected simon because of his statistics.nSimon had the most sales, twice the amount of any other agent in the area at the time.nStatistics don’t lie, it’s pure performances right....!nBut what statistics don’t tell you about is Character, The personal touch, The professionalism, The relationship, The rapal. These things can only be experienced.nnNo matter what time of the day, morning, afternoon or evening Simon kept me informed.nWith either a phone call, voicemail, text message or even an email. Even on the day when there wasn’t anything to report. He still touched based. Are you serious, I’m actually speechless.nHow many people do you know that do that. I was always in the know how and never felt blind and never didn’t know what was going on.nThere are no words to describe this feeling or experience.nnSimon is amazingly super hard working. He follows a strong routine, he is consistent day in day out. He chased ever lead and tail he could put his hands on. His work ethic’s are outstanding.nnSimon don’t ever change you are truely a super human. Your an outstanding agent and hands down the best I have ever met in the industry and I have met so many. You are humble and a fighter with a go getters attitude. Thank you for everything you have down and tiu deserve every 5 star for service. I honestly wish there were more stars to hand out. Theses are not enough.nKeep it up and I look forward to doing more and more business with you for all my other properties to hit the market.
