Love love LOVE!!!! I have been going to various hairdressers over the years and none have ever seemed to get it right! Niki was everything and more when it came to experience, service and quality!! She listened intently and created a masterpiece with the exact look I was after! Her attention to detail, time and effort she put into bringing my hair back to life was compared to none. I’m so grateful to have found a hairdresser that actually works with me and is passionate about her work. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! 10/10!

I absolutely LOVED my experience! This was my first time at Nikis and I have to say she is not only so so lovely but her professionalism and attention to detail is spot on. She took the time to talk to me about what I wanted to make sure we were on the same page. Steve is also amazing. I have complete trust with the 2 of them which is a big thing for me to say as i have had some horrible hair experiences in the past. I absolutely LOVE my hair colour and cut and I will definately be going back. I would recommend both Niki and Steve to anyone.

I had my hair extensions done with Niki and I'm quite disappointed, not by the product that was fine, however it was quite expensive $1,000 for a full head - so probably wouldn't recommend if you have short hair but rather, it was my first time having hair extensions and she put them quite high up and many peices around my face- it was too thick and often you could see them, she did warn me that they were high up and if I had any concerns to contact her and she would fix it (as it was my first time and I was unsure). I did contact her many times politely asking if she could adjust them because I was quite upset having paid so much money for them and and she 'seen' my messages, it's nearly two months later and still no reply. In my opinion, this is very unprofessional and sadly despite the product being good quality Niki's service was a let down.
