I am waiting more than 31 days (SLA 15 days) to get the Developer approval for my construction. Builder have followed up now I am personally following up. Sending emails, phone calls to the Sales Team no response unless i do follow up with them. I went and saw Vivian personally as well. Only good when you wanted to buy the land.

Box Hill is fast becoming the estate of choice for established young families and first home buyers. It's has decent infrastructure with new school & Town Center being built by the developers, but most houses are with small facades, which somewhere kills the looks of the house. Stockland/ Gables has more restrictions on house designs which means almost every house has a unique design and is unique. Given the way this estate is coming up on the map of Box Hill, every cent invested here will pay back with interest. Highly recommended to invest in this estate.

This is an amazing upcoming estate with all the required amenities within sphere of 3-4 kms. In future, it will be one the best estate in Box hill which has school, sports ground, shopping centre and that too gives you a feel of staying close to nature.
