Where do i start....absolute joke of a real estate agency,nThey don't know how to respond to a simple email and are incapable of doing their job.nnSent numerous emails over 6 months ago regarding major issues with property - NEVER got back to us, then they decide to try and blame every issue on us instead of accepting responsibility for the fact the property managers are hopeless and neglectful.nnEven though none of these issues were sorted FULL rent was still paid on time every single week.nnOh they also decide to take whatever amount they feel like out of your bank account with NO WARNING.nnMost unprofessional agency i have come across to date.nDisgraceful
