Rose managed our private rental in Eden for 5 years. I would not trust anyone else. We never had any issue that Rose didn't go above and beyond to help out or fix. We lived in another state but never worried about our property with Rose looking after it.

Not a very good agent - a bit tardy on the rental reviews. Being a one person business leaving the office to attend to quarterly necessary rental inspections is difficult & has let many owners down. I would not recommend as my agent.
