AWESOME !!nRented a house from Casey and the team for the last 9 months, couldnt be more helpful, had a few issue with broken pipes, plumbing problems etc. on letting the girls at the front desk know I had a plumber at the door within the day. Could you ask much more from a real estate ?! They were happy to help with anything. Thanks Casey and the team.nSTRONGLY RECOMMEND !!

Absolute shocking real estate. Rented a house initially with them and Jodie was our property manager who was lovely and efficient. However she left and the receptionist Casey was upgraded to property management and the whole experience (and the agency) went down the toilet. When we left the property to rent another house with them found out they never lodged our bond (which is illegal) and kept it in there account the whole 2 years? They claimed they would give us our bond straight back as rent which we were fine with then 3 weeks after we moved and apparently had our bond sent an email asking us to go do cleaning for the property? Apparently hadnt had time to do the inspection for 3 weeks!? Told her we had left weeks ago and our bond was returned so we wouldnt be going back (and was only then when I brought up the fact they broke the law did she give us the money back) The new property we rented had skirting boards left in the house with rusty nails sticking out. Getting repairs done is like pulling teeth. When we moved in a tap was leaking reported it and was told a plumber would be arranged. A week later followed up with Casey who said she had organised him and would follow him up. Another week goes by follow her up again, she cant believe he hasnt come and will follow up AGAIN. Still no plumber a week later follow her up and she tells me she never arranged a plumber in the first place as its a job for a handyman and will arrange him (So basically was lieing to my face the ENTIRE TIME!!!) Followed up AGAIN as now the handy man didnt show to which she responded he had been there and called and no one was home or rang him (both lies again) Reported another leaking tap in February by the time we vacated in June had never been fixed (same story again apparently she arranged a plumber who didnt show up?) Getting our bond back was an ordeal and took over 2 weeks to arrange. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
