$70+ Can be on the expensive side for men hair cut but the finish is always good. Missing 5 star as I found the hairdresser always have to jump among 2-3 customers and will leave you wait a few times during a half done job … not something I see elsewhere

I have to say this time is the most unpleasant services I ever had in Shinka for the past 6 years. I made a book for hair colour and a male hair designer served me. We discussed the colour, he showed me the picture and I thought we are on the same page. According to him, the colour he did is ash brown, but in the middle I start to question him is this one black instead of ash brown ? He said no. But when we dry the hair completely, I think I know the difference between black and not black colour.nBesides, during the whole process he only turn up 3 times (1. choose the coulur 2. I doubt the colour is black 3. when I walk out the shop). A lady did the whole process (I think she is the assistant), it's really unusual. Coz it's not my first time do the hair colour in Shinka, normally the hair designer do the most of the job, the assistant just come to help wash the hair, do the preparation, and dry the hair.nI have no idea what is happening today.nI don't care the money I spent in the shop.nHair is really important for everyone, I have to suffer this colour for 3 months to get a new one !

Came to this place after hearing great things about it and expecting to leave with new hair for my Birthday, but instead was extremely disappointed. The stylist was nice and sweet but the language barrier was extremely difficult, we had to use google translate to communicate. I showed her a picture of how i wanted my hair dyed. My hair turned out nothing like the picture. My hair was blue (not grey like i asked) and the colours were different and patchy in most areas of my hair. She did not say anything until i said something, which is really unprofessional as a stylist you should be aware and take responsibility if your client’s hair does not turn out how they asked for it. She asked me to come in Today to fix my hair. After a few hours i came out from there disappointed again. My hair is still 3 different colours and not how i wanted it even after she ended up bleaching my hair 3 times. It is still patchy everywhere and not the same colour. I’m not too sure how they managed to mess it up twice, but they did. Instead of even bothering to let her know i just gave up and left without trying to explain and find out why my hair is in the state it is. I really don’t know how she let me walk out knowing my hair looked like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed. I will now need to fork out more $$ to get it fixed somewhere else.
