We thought buying a new home was not easy. But these team made it incredibly easy for us. We rang their number just to ask some few questions and we never thought that our dream to have our own home was about to become true. While on the phone, they booked us to meet a broker at our house on our most convenient time.nnSaturday morning, first time we met our broker Brendan, he was very comfortable to talk with and very helpful, very informative. He did everything for us, all the confusing paper works, dealing with banks and more. We only have to do is read and sign the documents until we got approved with the loan from the bank of our choice. Our experience with him was fantastic. And then we met Lauren who introduced us to builders and let us chose the design we want. She asked us what kind of house we wanted then she gave us many design options from few different leading builders. She will take you to see house displays until you will find your dream home. We found our dream home at Gillieston Heights, facing the beautiful sunset. Our home just finished, if not because of these people our dream home will always be just a dream. But they made it possible for us. Overall experience with them is outstanding! We recommended them to all our friends and family and to everyone, mostly to people like us who are always busy. They will meet you on your most convenient time, either day our night, weekend or weekdays or wherever you are, whatever is easier for you. They also sent us Matthew our financial advisor who is incredibly helpful and made sure that we are on a right track. I love these people so much. With them, building a new home is easy as shopping online!nnAnd if you will ask me how much they asked? Nothing really! They even gave us $10k and all year-round support! We only had to pay small amount to process the home loan application and $2,000 deposit for the land and this will be credited to your loan amount. Other small payments will be for your conveyencer and for loan account (depends on bank).nnWe are so glad we met these team!
