I had leased a property recently with Quest for 2 years and 2 months, and through this time had no dramas with them. Any issues I brought to their attention, they responded straight away and notified the landlord.nMy landlord was also a great person, which I had a great communication base with him as well.nDean runs a good operation and he is a very responsive person to phone calls. That too goes for Hayden and Steve, the Property Manager.nI thank them for having me as their customer for this time, and wish Dean and his team all the very best in the future.nThank you.

I waited over half an hour for the agent to attend the inspection for a house, he did not end up coming in the end so i had left. The appointment was scheduled from 12-12.15pm. I was there since 11.50am until 12.30pm and no one arrived. Myself and a few other people waiting to inspect the property we were just waiting as the agent did not answer nor respond to any text messages. The calls were forwarded and sent to the message bank. Called multiple of times the agent himself and the actual real estate agency to speak to the receptionist. Obviously no one bothered to accommodate to my needs as a client. How is the owner supposed to lease their own property out if the agent doesn't want to show up to his job. Really wasted my time i feel sorry for the owners and who ever deals with this real estate. Very unprofessional receptionist, and no show managing agent. If the agency don't know where the agent is, how are we supposed to know.

Please dont do business with them! I was their tenant. The whole renting experience was unpleasant from the start. They promised to clean the old tenant's dirty garage but never did. Gave me only 1 swipe card and promise another. I have to chase them for 2 month just to get my second swipe card.nThe guy name Hayden talked to me like Im a child.nOnce the apartment got water damaged and I requested for an inspection. No one cared!nWhen I contacted for help, 10 emails and many phone calls made, none was responded.nnThey just want to take your money then silent.nPls avoid this agency!!

I called the office 4 times in regards 4A Quentin St bass hill they don’t answer the phone and I’m interested with this propertynthen someone His name Hayden he said by 2:30 will be there for private inspection i waited there till 3 o’clock and no one showed upnI don’t recommend this teamnHope to see response back from this team
