I'll definitely be going back. Everyone was lovely. My hair turned out exactly as I wanted. Couldn't be happier.

My sister and I had keratin straightening done 1 month ago.nAfter the treatment our hair remained the same as usual. (Curly) There was no change.nnWe paid $150 each and $80 for the products. This money went down the drain.nnI'm very upset. I will never go to this hair dresser ever again.nnNot only was the owner unprofessional. He was going off at the employee's while there was customers having their hair done.nTheir service does not work.nnPlease keep this in mind before visiting the salon for any services. Very dodgy!

My wife went to this salon for protein treatmen of hair. They took $200 as advance and some emergency popped up one hour before her service. Therefore she required to leave without the treatment.She asked for the refund and then lingering process start!!! Despite providing a/c details my wife required going physically to get the refund and the owner sort of pitied her giving the refund. I was thinking of complaining about this business to fair trading but my wife doesn't want. If would possible I would give him negative ratings.
