I had called and left msgs on phone as well as emailed yr agent and offering to pay bond as well as 4wks rent upfront before date of viewing the place. I called numerous times and not one msg via phone or email did I RECIEVE I am mortified and am damn sure if I had dealt with owners themselves and like all other real estates would take my offer on hand and face on and have cancelled the advert . I've checked again today and still no reply from this Mary Wang and only to go on yr website and now it says deposit taken . Absolutely disgusting and so angry and will def be telling am my friends and family members to not bother buying or renting as well as selling with yr agency as very poor and non co-operative . The property could have been leased before inspection date.Unprofessional and poorly handled no people skills what so ever perhaps this Mary Wang needs to be retrained or change profession all together thanks for NOTHING
