Blondes & Brunettes

Me and my friend went to this place on Saturday for colouring the hair. At first when we arrived there the price written outside in the board was different then i asked a guy to do package 5 but the guy was not giving any response then there came a lady who bleached my hair. She was the only professional there. Then after bleach they tried to comb my and my friend’s hair but they pulled it instead of combing it. I was literally crying at that moment. Final colour was nice but the way they do it is totally unprofessional. My scalp is still in pain.

I was looked after by Ozlem , she is such an amazing , patient , fast and extremely talented person who really takes pride in her work and puts 100% effort in all she does . She informed me in every step along the process , and always reassured me that it will look good and to put my trust in her. Her customer service was wonderful , her attention to detail and her bright smile made the experience great and really made me feel welcomed and comfortable .

i asked for blonde highlights and got ginger hair.. literally. i also waited 4 hours for this horrendous fail.

If you want to be ripped off for a basic wash and blow dry this is the place to go, if not steer clear. They are money hungry and do not care about their clients or their needs. If they mess up they don't give a toot. Just take a look at their star rating and several reviews.

Went to Blondes and Brunettes in Bankstown for the first time today . Badly needed a colour and it turned out really lovely . It was a little more than I was expecting to pay but in all fairness Helen did spend a lot of time on my hair. I was very happy with the end result and will be going back again . Thank you
