I have been with Penta Properties as a tenant for the last 3 years.nExperience has been consistently very positive thus far.nnThe staff (Mr. Garry Pavlis, Michael, Roy, Vivian, Sean who's no longer there) have been informative and helpful whenever I have had to resolve rents and apartment-related issues like utilities.nnEven though he is usually involved in only sales, Mr. Ranest Castillo has been upfront and served as an able go-between, assisting me in dealing fairly with the owners.

Poor communication, very disappointing experience with the valuation team. Beware, they lack professionalism and non responsive after payment of the fee. Will be pursuing with fair trading .

My experience with Penta Properties has been quite positive.nOne of their agents, Roy helped me out in the middle of the night and got me the keys when I got myself locked out. Really helpful people.
