I have followed Kristal to any salon she has worked at. She provides you with a personalised and professional service every time. Her foil work is the best I have ever experienced! She also brings light and fun to this salon. If you are going to visit Salon City, be sure to see Kristal.

I booked an appointment for a haircut ($15) and eyelash tint ($10). When I arrived they told me that they don't do eyelash tints. I then sat around waiting for 10 minutes before a stylist came to cut my hair. The stylist was very rude and rough with my hair. She didn't take any time or effort for my haircut. She didn't even blow dry my hair properly. It took 15min overall and I was left with a shonky hair cut that had no depth to it at all and left my hair flatter than it was before. When I went up to pay at the counter she charged me $45. I refused saying that it said $15 on their website and she told me thats for trims only. I went back on the website and it said standard trim/cut $15. Very unhappy and disappointed.

I just have to really say crystal is the most talented hairdresser I have ever met I came in with high lights that needed a touch up. Crystal sat me down and gave me a breif and spot on consultation only by the way she explained it all to me I felt I was in good hands. She was fast funny and I enjoyed my time my hair was the colour I always wanted finally I found a hairdresser that knows what's she's doing and is on point with exactly what she said. 10 stars if I could thank you so much crystal I will be back...Vivi xx

I bought an online coupon and made an appointment online with the salon. No one contacted me to say they were not offering the service at the moment. So I made my way to the salon only to be told they would not honour the coupon. They did not apologise. Have no idea what their work is like, but clearly their customer service is non existent. They wasted my time because they didn't bother to notify their customer they don't offer the service. And they falsely advertise online. You can still buy the coupon!
