I would never recommend this real estate agency. They are very unprofessional and rude. In addition, they were really awful during COVID-19 situation, they were not reducing the rent comparing to other real estate agencies. In terms of quality, the are unprofessional and only takes cash for rent with the rude receptionist. Please save yourselves from them. I had a mice issue in my unit and they ignored this issue too. Many more stories to tell but long story short, avoid them if you can.nnNote: They will be very aggressive and rude once you give them the notice to leave their property. The best way to encouter this is to have only email conversations with them. They will not acknowledge your notice at times but you have to keep them updated via email.

Absolutely everything the one star comments are saying.In the time of covid we requested rent decrease as we were paying 410 for an old unit..But after with them for four years they just replied as they dont care if we move so we swiftly moved..This has to be the worst real estate in sydney..I will live in streets rather than renting with them..You have to pay cash so have to go to their office every fortnight..Go for any other estate agents but not this one..Regards

37 Negative reviews come for a reason. The worst real estate agent. Non-professional, hungry for money, deducted half of my bond for two barely visible stains on a wall. I will never recommend them to any of my friends or family. Only accept cash. Worst experience of my life

Money hungry peoples.rented a place for 5 years and cleaned it properly before moving out but they found smsllest issues so they can deduct it from my bond..very sly and untrustworthy..
