Building Inspectors Perth

I made an offer on an older home and Kevin was recommended to do the Building Inspection Report. Through every step of the process he was helpful, patient and courteous. Especially post-inspection, Kevin rang on several occasions to help with a tricky situation with an unsafe fence, patiently explaining differing elements related to not only the fence but also in relation to settlement. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Kevin was extremely thorough, efficient and honest. He spent over an hour inspecting the property and had the report to me by the end of the day. Previous inspectors have only spent 20-30 mins.
