For a complex so large with so many residents, the management team are responsive, efficient and always do the very best for the residents. I think we are very lucky to have such an excellent team supporting us.

I've rented here for three years now. The apartment is modern, spacious and really quiet. The facilities are well looked after and clean. The building manager Marissa is outstanding - very professional, responsive and gets things done quickly with the minimum of fuss. The location is great with easy access to public transport, shopping (Warriewood Square is less than 5 minutes away), beaches, the golf range and Warringah Rats at Pittwater Park, local golf courses (Mona Vale and Bayview are both less than 8 minutes drive away), local cinema too. There's also the interesting wildlife to be found at different times of the day in the nearby Warriewood Wetlands.

We have lived here for 5 years now and it's be fabulous. Plenty of parks and bike paths for the kids, near shopping centres in Warriewood and Mona Vale. I

Did work for them but never they paid. Property managers are nice though.
