After multiple in-store phone calls unanswered, many rejected appointments through their online booking system and texts with no replies, I've had to book elsewhere for a simple haircut. This service is quite poor and unprofessional considering I attempted booking for weeks in advance and called 5+ times over the range of 4 days. Laura and Molly are great hairdressers so this lack of hospitality towards a customer in who has been here a few times, is surprising and disappointing.

Went in looking for a change and I LOVE the result. Beautiful salon and the girls make you feel totally relaxed as if your mates were doing your hair. Loved it and it is definitely my new salon!

Studio Benicky is a one of a kind hair salon - Laura & Molly are highly skilled incredible hairdressers who just adore their job. Every visit exceeds my expectations and I leave feeling confident and cared for. You will not be unimpressed, I highly recommend you discover this gem!
