I google to get my photo taken to renew my license this post office came up on google so I tried 5 times to be sure no answer, waited at the counter for ages while they serviced other people than told me no, they should update these things and not waste peoples time !

Not very helpful, requested that i pick up my item from their office during certain hours. I went to collect the item and they closed 30 minutes earlier. I went the next day and they opened later than advertised by 90 minutes.

If I could rate a 0 I would, we had a delivery that was a week late which we get with the current climate, we went into to collect and it wasn’t there yet, we waited 40 mins and then the driver arrived with it, I could see him unloading my parcels that we need for a baby shower the next morning so I went into to collect and he refused to give them to us as they were closing in 10 minutes and he didn’t have timely scan them in ... the lady was really nice and was willing to give us the parcels but he refused and told us to come back... my partners pregnant and refuses to go to someone’s baby shower without there present... I’ve never seen someone so rude...

Lazy buggers delivery drivers don't even attempt to deliver or ring a door bell, just leave a card and then you have to wait another couple of days to be able to pick parcel up because the post office has your parcel but hasn't sorted through their other deliveries yet. Would happily give 0 stars if I could!!!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Went to collect a parcel which was getting sent back to sender cop 1st Feb arrived to pick it up and told its already been sent back ! Girl at the desk said she couldn't help me despite being an Australian post worker. Phoned Australian post who agreed that it shouldn't have been sent back until the end of the day so I lodged a complaint however they refuse to pay for postage to get re sent. If you can get your parcels delivered elsewhere because this place is useless and that includes the people that work there.
