SP Mobile Warriewood

I had my phone screen replaced not even 3 months ago, not only do they use dodgy parts but they also do not honor warranty.nUnder no circumstances should you get your phone repaired here. My screen has dead pixels and weird splodges which they refused to replace. Please save yourself the trouble and money and have your screen replaced properly at the apple store. The reason why this place will only provide a 3 month warranty is because their product will only last that long.nnBased on the poor reviews on google alone will be reporting this business to fair trading.nnFurther update - the phone screen was assessed by apple and they have advised me its a defective product. The screen eventually started to fall off my phone so now I’ve have to have the screen replaced by apple anyway.nnI can almost guarantee all the positive reviews here are from their own mates. Dont trust what you read.

company scamming people along with 'mobile palace' which is also inside centro warriewood. Don't shop here people - you WILL get ripped off.nnI have already emailed your head office, when this happened back in May - have not received a reply. I don't believe you are interested in making things better.nnEDIT* there is no misunderstanding. There are two mobile shops at warriewood square , one is Mobile Palace, the other is SP Mobile.

had my phone screen replaced less than 2 months ago, and i was suspect immediately as the screen was sometimes unresponsive even on the first day. at this stage it has stopped working, and due to a small crack on the screen i was unable to get it replaced or refunded (expressed rudely might i add). cheap materials of poor quality, and a waste of $250

Professional scammers do not go here!! Such horrible customer service and loss of my money. They told me they didnt care and would not be giving any refund, and to take it up with fair trading. The one near coles is much more trust worthy.
