If I can put a negative star for this Agency Auskim Real Estate, I would definitely put minus 5 stars.nnThe most unprofessional, dodgy, irresponsible Agency that I have ever met especial the agent named Kim Wen – also the Director who does not really look after their Landlord/property owners. Their value/principle is to make money on the sacrifice of their Landlord/owners and Tenants.nnWhen I requested Kim to review the new rental price I proposed with the property owner when the contract was about to end soon via sending emails and wechat messages. I heard no replies over 1-2 months.nnLater on when he asked me to pay at old rental price which is above the market price. I was like I was waiting for you to come back to me with the new rental price that I proposed 1-2 months ago; So that I can sign a new contract with you. His answer was: no need to reply as the owner disagreed with your proposal! I was like come on.. Show some respect and professionalism! You could reply me that the owner disagreed with wot I proposed and came back with a new price which we could always negotiate..nnInstead he completely ignored me. And insisted that I should continue paying above the market price or leave!! There was no room for discussion even when I showed that I was keen to sign a new contract with them and open for price negotiation during Covid, totally because he wanted a new tenant so that he could earn the letting fees and one week rent from the Owner.nnSame as the other reviewers. I would not recommend this agency to anyone, be it potential tenants or property owners.

We had 5 properties under their management for 5 years. We are so lucky to have such agent to act the best interest for us. They really understood tenants and always pick best tenants for us. They told us that it’s also the best way to spend less time on another cycle of finding new tenants if you had good tenants. They are really active and responsible for every processes of finding tenants.nnThanks kim and his team for having so much efforts on managing our properties. We made this comments just because we searched his agency name in google. But we found they deserve a better rating for their service. When we asked them, they didnot even know they had a profile on google review.

This agency is unbelievable. The person named Kim doesn’t understand English and doesn’t even know how to explain things. It came to the point that he is lying and he keeps diverting the topic. He told me on the phone yesterday that the tenants are not yet sure if they are going to move out today since their contract is until 1st week of February, and when I called him today, he already told me that the tenants already move out today but cleaning is not yet sure when coz the tenants contract is until February. And he is asking me to go for inspection today since there are other tenants that is scheduled for inspection today. He didn’t told me yesterday that there is an inspection so I can take off to my work. He keeps talking without listening. When I was explaining to him, he put the phone on hold. Very RUDE, such a disagree that this agency is open.

Very unpleasant experience with this Agency. Unprofessional, selfish and hard to reach. I would never want to leave my property with this Agency nor rent through them.

I would give zero stars to this agency but there is no such choice, I had to give a one star (that's way too much for them)!!nI went for an inspection this past weekend with Kim who I believe is the Agency Licensee himself. The property itself was exactly what I was looking for but it was poorly cleaned. Upon asking Kim if the property will be professionally cleaned before any tenant moves in, his reply was that the professional clean has been already done and nothing further will be done. Let's keep in mind this property has been on the market since June and people have been inspecting the property every weekend in this COVID pandemic and this guy says no to further cleaning! I think I know the difference between touch up cleaning and professional clean!nI am an agent myself and our agency makes sure that extra steps are taken for hygiene keeping in mind what's happening around us right now.nI really feel sorry for the property owners as they have chosen a poorly managed agency for their much loved investment properties.nI would not recommend this agency to anyone, be it potential tenants or property owners.nThe key to quality and efficiency is professionalism and Auskim Real Estate lacks that, ZERO!
