Palmer Colonial Golf Course

Played there today and was very disappointed. The price is not worth the value you get. Rather go to play Royal Pines for less money. The whole place was a disaster. The greens dry and patchy, fairways brown and dry, bad coffee, staff very rude and unhelpful, saw them yelling over the balcony at some mums and kids to get out instead of coming down and talk to them with some respect. I'd be so embarrassed if it was my staff. It's definitely not going to be my golf course to come back to.

Went to Pro Shop asked re condition of greens as they looked suspect as we drove in.nWe were told they were scarified 2 weeks ago and sanded but have come back well and were good to putt on.nWe were charged full rate$79.50.nThey were absolutely terrible, like putting on a roadway, ball just bounced everywhere.nCourse was not worth that sort of money, very disappointing.nDon't waste your money.

Great course great layout. $70 with a cart really good value.. I will be back again one day

Nice place, big car park, beautiful building inside and outside. It's a great view from all windows and balconies to the golf course. Good meals and comfortable atmosphere with a historical touch. I would recommend this place to visit to everyone, as we've had a great time here with friends of mine.

The course in general was well kept, excellent greens and fairways. Unfortunately the bunkers were unplayable due to heavy rains the previous day or two (fine with me!!). The pro shop staff are very friendly and accommodating. Altogether a good day of golf.
