Experienced poor treatment by the property manager of my rental. They went for all of my bond when the place was immaculate & had some existing damage. Much effort gone to to have the situation almost rectified, but felt preyed upon as a vacating tennant.
The problems caused by one agent were rectified as soon as management were made aware of them. Would recommend so long as the problematic agent is no longer a part of the CRG team.
A particular agent was problematic, but management promptly rectified the situation. Very satisfied with outcome.
Great service and communication. Would highly recommend.
