My wife and I attended an open home last weekend at Southport on behalf of our son who lives interstate. Property was listed by these clowns at over $750,000 asking. We were met at the entrance by an unprofessional saleswoman who just uttered “your name and phone number”. After providing our details, we informed her that our son had tried to contact the listing agent several times a few days prior but had not heard a thing. She said she would follow it up. On our way out, we asked her what chattels were included with the sale, she did know she said, just your normal stuff like light fittings. We found her demeanor very condescending, unhelpful and unprofessional. On our way to this open home we visited another open home by Harcourts real estate which was just around the corner. The agent here was very professional, very helpful and non judgmental.
