Harbour Side Medical Centre

This is for the customer service side only and if there had been zero stars I would have awarded that. My wife has tried to book an appointment today since the surgery opened at 9:30 am and it is now 12:15. Each time the answer phone says the same message about opening hours (the same message that plays when the surgery is closed).nHad this been a one off we would not have written the review but this is the third time this exact same thing has happened in a matter of a few weeks. Sorry to spoil your 5 star rating because I am sure the GP's deserve them but invest in your customer service please. This has always happened at the weekend when you are open. I am not sure if you decide not to cover reception on a weekend but it is terrible. The stress and money spent on numerous calls is unfair to the client. Our time is money too.

Visit the same doctor every time. Very professional and courteous. All staff and nurses are a pleasure to deal with. And you do not need to wait days to get an appointment.

Fantastic Medical Centre, so good to see a place that bulk bills and you still get amazing service. My family sees Dr Yusof and we have no complaints. We have moved but we still go to this medical centre

Harbourside medical centre is one of the best doctors surgery ive been to, ive been going here for years and dr mahummad is fantastic , patient, friendly, thorough and caring .nEven the reception ladys they are wonderful =)nI highly recomend this doctors
