Sat in an empty waiting room for 25 minutes while the only lady working had a personal call about her weekend. Very unprofessional

Attended here for the first time on Saturday and usually dont enjoy walking into these places as generally the staff have no life in them. The lady here was very welcoming and although we couldn't complete the test we needed through no fault of hers, we had a good laugh and she was great. She acknowledged everyone who came in as well.

I went there this morning and had a lovely lady called Julia, take my blood first try with no pain. I’d already been to another place before going there and the person missed my vain and didn’t want to try again. Thanks Julia ud83dudc4d

Very busy place with only one person taking samples, but despite this, that person maintains a level of professionalism some others surely couldn't.nIf you go here expect to wait a minimum of 15 minutes if you are second inline, and don't forget to take a ticket!
