Do not go here if you are not good with needles. Usually at other places the ladies are very understanding of my fear of needles and blood tests but this lady had very poor bedside manner and made me and my partner feel very uncomfortable. It hurt worse than it usually does and almost two weeks later I still have a bruise. Would not recommend.

The Indian lady ( Jindalee) who did my blood test was very bad with the needle that I screamed and her attitudes was unacceptable the way she dare ask me “ did it hurt “?nI replied obviously “otherwise would I have been screaming so loud ” ?nShe said never happen with other patientnIf she is in a rush to go home or no care for patient go home don’t release your anger on others. Went to another one two days later and the elderly lady was sweet and friendly ( Joondalup) very professional.
