By far the worst Real Estate agent I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.nThey are dishonest by misrepresenting the property and incompetent by losing paperwork.nI handed the inspection report directly to their agent and I even have a GPS log record that I drove there yet they have the hide to say I never gave it to them.nI had to issue multiple breach notices for things not getting fixed. The owner didn't want to fix anything.nThe owner had specified conditions for renting the property which they did not disclose.nWho in their right mind would rent half a garage if they were told about it?nHow about paying rent for a broken dishwasher?nWho would want to rent a property in Brisbane in the middle of summer with broken air-conditioning?nBecause of their incompetence I had to move out.nI had to spend more money moving when I didn't need to do if they did their job properly.nThey expect tenants to follow an agreement yet fail to do what they are required.nDV Property Group take some responsibility for your poor management.

I wouldn't want to have to deal with them again.nDo yourself a favour and avoid them.
