Dealt with Amilia J - She has to be one of the most unprofessional and least knowledgeable real estate agent I have ever dealt with.nLearn a bit of customer service and mannerisms darling. Not sure why you are on your high horse - properties sell and rent themselves. Doesn't have much to do with the agents and you prove it.

House price listings should be based on the most recent sales and when you make an offer the same as the next door property which was in rentable/liveable condition and only sold two months ago, the response was very poor. Inflated prices to gain listings.

Harcourts Chermside looked after my rental apartment in Wellington Rd, East Brisbane for many years and did an exceptional job in managing it. This gave me peace of mind as I live interstate.
