Stay away from this developer they are destroyers of dreams.nnI purchased a block of land in a marketed boutique development in Ormeau - as with their usual marketing it was shown as upmarket and classy - a good quality street to buy into.nnIn reality they sold off about 20-25% of the development to investors building dual occupancy dwellings - certainly not in line with their marketing and certainly forseeable to bring down the integrity of the street and value of the homes of surrounding owner occupiers and even investors who built a normal home. On 12.5m wide blocks they've packed the whole street with these dual occupancy sales which has resulted in less desirable individuals being in the street and cars everywhere making it extremely congested and cars parked up over house frontages. Even some blocks were sold to government housing.nnThe developers actions have cost me being able to stay in a forever home as well as tens of thousands of dollars in reduced home value. Don't fall for their marketing they'll sell to anyone to clear their stock even if it means the complete destruction of the integrity of the estate and the values of the buyers homes.nnSTAY AWAY

Unprofessional and disorganised. I vacated the property on the 23rd May. I never received an Exit Condition Report and, a month later, have had no feedback about my bond or any details regarding the exit inspection, despite following up on multiple occasions.nnWhen I first went to an Open House for Azure I put my name down to be contacted when one of my preferred properties became available. I was never contacted. I had to chase the property manager for details and an opportunity to apply.nnThat should have been the first red flag.nnI wouldn't recommend to buyers or renters. Invest in properties with a group that can at least keep track of their paperwork.nnI should also mention that during my time I had one robbery, one attempted break in, and two instances of fire crackers set off in my patio. I informed the real estate each time and asked if they could give fellow renters in the complex a heads up. They never did.

Azure Living is a very high-end modern development business and they have very high standards which I appreciate and respect. Their developments are of very high quality unlike other builders who opt for the cheapest items when building. Despite my awful time living here as it was the most horrible time of my life due to personal reasons (nothing to do with the real estate), Bree Deslandes showed understanding after everything was finally over. They supported me with payment plans when I couldn't afford a large bill at once, they let me change my rent day to Monday instead of Fridays because of my work at the time so my record didn't look like I was paying rent late. They understood my circumstances and still cared for my best interest even though I had not communicated well enough with them on time so they knew what I was going through before it was all too late. I was afraid to reach out and I have never been through anything like this before in my life and they still show care and compassion to this day and I appreciate it wholeheartedly. I wish I could have done a million things differently last year but the best part is they still treat me nicely and are respectful people to deal with.

In my opinion, Azure is one of the top 3 developers in Brisbane, and especially in the townhouse development space.nnComing from a design background myself, I am always very impressed with the modernist build form, the articulation of the facade, and the meticulous attention to detail for the interior, especially with regards to design and functionality.nnThey complete on time, and there is very little to pick up from defect inspections, unlike other off the plan purchases I've made in the past.nnPersonally I am a huge huge fan of their produces, and will recommend this to anyone.

Have bought a couple of azure townhouses. They are top quality townhouses that rented out very quickly. I find azures architecture very modern and chic. Am very happy with my purchases. Thanks
