Special acknowledgement to Scott Fitzgerald and his team. This man does not get enough credit.nDuring the crazy 2020 storm damage that heavily impacted Springfield Lakes, QLD - I was luckily enough to have Scott and his team assigned to a unit complex that I manage. He was prompt, respectful, timely and was easy to deal with. I was kept in the loop at all times and never had to question his methods or approach. All his men were wonderful and respectful and the whole process was probably one of my best dealings in the construction industry. I would highly recommend for any job, big or small and for any insurance repairs!

Wonderful business in ditching payments, They booked in an emergency job for water damage, made me work and simply denied the payment, the payment terms where accepted before I started the job, after the job is done they changed it upside down.nnWhen called to ask for the payment they disconnect the call and stop answering my calls.nnWorst business that I ever dealt with.nnI wish If there was a chance to give them a zero (0) star!!!nnI recommend people dealing with this business to confirm the payments in writing before you accept a job.

NTHstar Constructions are dishonest and dishonourable!nMy house was flooded and NTHstar was commissioned by Budget Direct and Auto & General Insurance to establish the reason. NTHstar claimed that the roof (which has not been a problem in 10 years) was badly engineered causing water to enter the house. My insurance was declined on this basis.nnMy plumber replaced a collapsed storm water drain which has resolved any further flooding problems. However, NTHstar remained resolute that the roof was the problem. The roof is STILL the same and no water after 8 months has entered the house.nnI can only conclude that when you need to collaborate with lowly companies like Budget Direct/Auto & General you must be desperate.nnIt must be a true saying.... if you lie down with dogs you can get up with fleas!!
