Desirea Elliot managed our property in Ascot over the course of a 12 month contract. She consistently conducted herself in an honest and professional manner. She was extremely thorough, ensuring all parties were clearly aware of their expectations. This set the platform for a successful outcome. I found her easy to communicate with, friendly and respectful at all times and would have no hesitation recommending her services to investors.

I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents but this is the best agent I've ever had. My real estate agent Kate is very professional and efficient. She is a natural negotiator and she can always find a perfect balance between the Seller and the Buyer to facilitate the deal. She is also a high achiever. She thinks through all the Pros and Cons before she gives advice. In additional, she works super hard. I highly recommend her service with out any hesitation !

We bought a house through Lorraine and she was amazing. Very informed and very quick to respond. She had great local knowledge and was always available. She went above and beyond to help her client and also us as buyers. The office staff were also very helpful. Lorraine made the whole transaction quick and painless! I would definitely recommend Lorraine to a buyer or seller :)

We've just bough investment property at Nundah and then engaged Georgina to manage it. She was really helpful to go through the 'transition' period from the previous owner to us. She also always responded our all our queries via email and phone call in timely manner.

Poor customer service.nManager refused to call me back despite calling every week for 6 weeks straight at the end of our lease.nRefused to change inspection times. We cleaned the property for every inspection to a show home standard and refused to change inspection date or time even though we had family visit from overseas or when I was away for work and did not have a chance to hide personal belongings such as jewellery.nThey let future tenants open cupboards in our home, track mud through our house and left the property unlocked over a long weekend.nI had to replace carpet after an accident and was happy to pay but the agent told me to do it on my own accord (I had to choose the carpet my self even though I was just renting and had no idea what the owner would want) and would only let me know if it was approved by the owner after the carpet was fully paid for and installed. (I would have to pay again if it wasn’t approved).nThey do not care about tenants or the property.nWhen applying for the property the agent was rude and disrespectful.nDo not recommend under any circumstance.
