Pure colour range is great to work with and the toners tone so evenly on the hair and leave the hair with so much gloss and shine. We are lucky enough to also have such a great Rep Denise Wilson she’s always friendly and supportive to our salon! It’s been a pleasure to deal with Hairjamm !

I would just like to inform you of a recent experience of mine. I'm aware that it is more than likely that nothing will come from this, and that's okay. This is more to inform your company of a supplier that you stock to and how disappointed I am.nnBack story, about 7 years ago I worked for a regional price attack store that stocks your Juuce brand. It was my favourite brand in the store because we were frequently having reps come visit for brand training, samples to try, being sulphate and parade been free, and best of all Australian (and amazing results by the way!) over the years, it was a brand that I continued to use, even when I was no longer working at the price arrack store. In October 2018, after travelling, career advancements and having a daughter, a causal position came up at the same local store and my family and I were returning to the area. The work hours worked great so I returned. I was a top seller in the store for Juuce (because I love it!) and our area rep Dave was always so friendly and helpful if we needed anything.nnThis is where things go sour. As the company would be aware, price attack have a monthly brand for sales and commission incentives. I was informed of this in December 2018. I got paid my commission, and again for January and February (none of these months Juuce). Then March comes around and I sold approximately 150 products. I know them inside out. I waited and waited for my commission. For 2 months. On Friday 31st if May, I was told I would not be receiving it. This is because I did not complete the online module on hair waves. Conveniently enough, my membership for hair waves was only given to me on this day too. I couldn't even get it backdated.nnDisgusted. I've been chasing this up now with head office for 4 weeks with my calls now being avoided.nnI'm fully aware that this is not fault of yours. This is just a disgusting experience that I've dealt with, with the price attack brand that you supply to. I've left the job and will never be giving price attack any of my company ever again. I do however plan to continue using the Juuce brand, because there is no other company like it in Australia, I love it.
