I couldn't recommended Grow Group enough! - I came across Ayda at a ‘minding her business’ event 3 years ago, I was unable to attend her Sydney workshop but Ayda was still willing to lend some time to me separately. Prior to meeting Ayda my knowledge on investment properties and the Australian property market in general was extremely limitednnThe information provided in our initial consultation was so clear and easy to understand, it opened my eyes to all the opportunities in the property investment space. They helped me realise that I had so many misconceptions and that I could be growing my investment portfolio quite significantly. There was no hesitation to agree to proceeding to the number crunching stage.nnAfter proving all my financial statements, numbers and documents to Grow, They sent me through 5 potential property options which varied in price, location, size, completion dates, developers etc. Each property has a full breakdown of what the financials would be and then information on the developments. The numbers were a little overwhelming to start with but they went through each section in detail on a call to ensure I understood everything. You can tell a lot of work goes into the number crunching, the documents are extremely detailed and you can see there has been a lot of analysis on each property. As a first time buying during COVID I was a bit uncertain and had a LOT of questions and concerns, Grow was always willing to jump on a call to discuss anything and always responded to my emails and messages.nnOnce I had narrowed it down to the development I was interested in, The team then did some further number crunching on two more properties in the development to help me decide between two different floor plans. I was also able to speak to Darrin on a number of occasions to discuss the pros and cons of each floor plan in detail which then helped me make a decision on the property.nnThe process was easy and seamless. After submitting an expression of interest, Grow were able to negotiate some extras for the new development. When the contracts came through, again it was a little overwhelming at first but Grow walked me through the contracts and other documents to advise what each section meant and what the next steps were. She then helped me establish a relationship with a lawyer to commence the process and then enabled fast and effective communication between myself, the developers and the lawyers to get the contracts signed.

I first discovered Ayda through a podcast and that same week her workshop was in Sydney. I had been thinking for awhile that I wanted to invest in property but didn't know how or where to start. After meeting with Ayda she made the process easy to comprehend and understand. My dream of investing in property now seemed feasible and I was able to purchase my first investment property on my own and I couldn't be happier. Ayda really looked out for me and was someone I could really trust with her experience, knowledge and expertise.
