Nothing but positive feedback. I have always had good quality tenants. The management team sent me the ongoing and useful communication regarding inspections and quick resolution of any issues.

Since the new owners and property management have taken over the place has fallen to bits which is very sad for a building with so much potential in a highly sort after area like Newstead.nnIt was once such a great complex, unfortunately now the level of service from the management staff and the upkeep on the building is about as good as what you would expect staying at a back packers hostel in Rockhampton.

After two years living I got the lease renewed last week and so glad it happened. The management team was professional and kind. They quickly would turn their attention on the my needs and have excellent service. I would highly recommend living here.

The best on-site managers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The premises were always kept in immaculate condition (both inside and outside) and any repairs were dealt with promptly. I had to end my lease early due to changing work commitments and Christine was extremely proactive and helpful during this usually stressful process. I cannot recommend Newstead Management enough.
