A great place to live. Pet friendly, modern apartments with high ceilings. The shower in my apartment is amazing,l; great pressure! Incredible rooftop pool with city views. Limited number of tenants so never overcrowded. Easy access to riverside walks, cafes and bars.

We have absolutely loved living in Y43, have been living here for a year and unfortunately only moving out to relocate overseas. The building is impeccably well kept, with servicing of air con/pest control/garden all highly maintained. Ange the building manager is not only professional but personable, and I have never had an issue getting in touch with her, and she is prompt with solutions to any issues that have arisen. We will miss our wonderful oasis when we leave in a couple of months. Highly recommend

Loving my new apartment at Y43. Apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained. Great location on top of everything I need for shopping, dining and entertainment. Plus helpful and attentive management from Angela makes for a great all round experience.

Y43 is close to everything Newstead and Gasworks has to offer with a great rooftop pool. The fittings in the apartments are high quality, however the design of the building results in very dark apartments and issues around high levels of moisture in many apartments due to lack of sunshine. Maintenance issues are resolved, however Management are slow to action / respond these requests with little communication.

I have just signed my lease to continue living at Y43 and from the first inspection, to moving in and the last 12 months living here I couldn’t fault it. The management have been super accommodating in particular Angela who is always friendly and helpful at all times. I have found the location super convenient for my lifestyle being close to Gasworks and James Street precinct. And more importantly my work.
