Great location coupled with large and modern units. We loved our time here. Lisa is 10 out of 10 and provides a superior and personable service.

The James is truly designed for beautiful living. We lived there for 4 years and only left as we moved north with work. The location is perfect, close to Gas Works, restaurants, bars and really good coffee shops. The building is extremely well managed by Lisa, which makes living there a stress free experience. The apartment design flows well and offers plenty of space. You also don't have to wait long for a lift as there are two that service all 8 floors. The dry cleaning service is great and the pool, gym and community herb and vegetable garden are very well maintained too. If we move back to Brisbane, we will return to The James.

As an owner of an investment property in The James I am impressed by Lisa Siviour our Property Manager and her team. Nothing is ever an imposition. Her communication with us and our tenants has always been timely and appropriate. We could not be happier - and this is reflected too in the quality of tenants we have had over the term of our relationship. I would highly recommend Lisa as a contact point for both tenants and owners.

Wonderful location, quiet building, great neighbours, good amenities and this is all made possible by Lisa Siviour, the incredible building manager. Her helpfulness, attention to detail and proactivity on anything large or small make living here a pleasure, both as a tenant and an owner.

We stayed at the James for 18 months while working in Brisbane. The location in Teneriffe is very central and convenient. The quality and amenities of the building and apartments is exceptional. We will miss the James.nLisa, the building manager, is a real gem. She is on top of everything. From beginning to end of our stay, she set the pace so that the James functioned like a well balanced community. She is so organised and timely. A very impressive manager.
