IGA Superpharm Zillmere

My past experiences with this store has been good, however my recent visit wasn't satisfactory because of the new morning cashier. I have seen her a few times and she is always on her phone and doesn't greet customers like the other employees.

I'm a local and I have been a customer at this store for around 15 years, I have experienced wonderful service but from the beginning of this year new cashiers have not upkept the standard of just moral respect. Unlike other cashiers that still work there, these youngens are slacking and addicted to their phones.

This place was my first time to take a store in foreign country.nso good memories i have!!

Staff don't take COVID seriously. Wearing their masks so they don't cover their mouth or nose, they may as well not be wearing them at all. Especially bad since it's a pharmacy also...
