Good Price Pharmacy Zillmere

I went to this pharmacy with a family friend who needed to get a medication dispensed, and they said they can not dispense his medication because the duplicate was missing. After having a conversation with the pharmacist here, they actually were encouraging us to report another pharmacy for losing the duplicate of my prescription because it was illegal. We went to the other pharmacy, who checked their footage and they attached it ! The duplicate was actually with the script the whole time. Shifting blame is never appropriate, please don't waste our time.

All the staff here at the GoodPrice Pharmacy Zillmere have always been lovely and helpful. I noticed that a couple of the 'poor' reviews referred to someone behind the counter as 'a witch' and another of you that mentioned that they were only offer Panadol as relief for pain.nAs for the 'witch' comment I have no idea who they could mean! I have been going to the Zillmere Goodprice Pharmacy for several years now and have never had any other than great service and friendly staff. As for the neanderthal who was only offered Panadol, he/she must obviously been one of the great unwashed! Don't you know that you can be only offered a certain level of painkiller and other treatment without a prescription, idiot!

Lady at the counter could do with customer service skills on how to speak to people.
