I would try to avoid Ray White Mt Gravatt if at all possible. They were nothing but difficult once I purchased the property and I wasn't able to get a kitchen organised. They are all agreeable until you sign and then their promises change once I signed on the line. They do not value your time or others in he process its is just about the sale at the expense of all else. The insurance they give you 'for free' is a total have. I'll be months without a kitchen, so extremely unreasonable.

As a landlord we have found Megan to be outstanding and would highly recommend her as a property manager. She is professional, efficient and respectful of both tenants and landlords interests. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager and has been the best manager we have had in our 20 years of experiences. Well done and thank you for dedication and expertise .
