Medibank

I had the wonderful experience of being helped by Loretta at Medibank Private at Garden City shopping centre. Loretta was wonderful and extremely helpful, she went above and beyond with her help in handing our particular needs which were complicated.nLoretta is an outstanding lady who has wonderful knowledge of the Medibank processes and her help and service was the best I have ever encountered. Congratulation to Loretta on her professionalism and caring nature.

Service is better than bupa, efficient claim logging.

Not even pay attention to my case, not even want to look at my documents and tell me to wait for few more days for the claim process to complete as I explained the amount been approved is suspicious.I should have look at her name tag and publish here, a blonde female staff that just wouldnt bother to entertain me at all on 21.9.19. Conversation took less than 2 mins. I shall see how what is the outcome from Medibank within a weekCustomer service unsatisfactory!

No staff just two girls i was waiting there morethan half an hour and then came back...

Really terrible staff, they are chatting each other in their own language. not even have look at their customers. I waited for 30 min.
