Bupa Garden City

had my son’s tooth filling done here, the dentist who did the filling took nearly 30 mins to complete the whole procedure, I saw a few times pressed the ring into between my son’s teeth, and change it to different size of rings a couple of times. Thanks god she eventually made it. However, since then, my son start to complain that he feel pain on his tooth and feel funny. I took him to another dentist next day afternoon as Bupa garden city usually fully boo and have a long wait. I took a scan on my son’s teeth. The dentist suggested from X-ray the picture he saw my son’s teeth was being chip a small piece. I therefore book another appointment with the dentist she did the filling for my son, and she reassess and claiming that everything was fine. My son might because grinding teeth so feel funny. A lot of other asssumption without admin that she made a mistake or anything. I requested to look at the X-ray picture my son took before the filling. The two comparison showed a clear different between two imagine, a chip on the corner of my son’s adult teeth at the back! She still insist says it is because of the angle of picture. During two weeks of waiting for this appointment, my son keep complain about his teeth and it has an impact for his appetide! I had always been loyal customer to garden city Bupa! But the service they delivery, unprofessional skill and the dishonest attitude make me really upset. I share my experience here, only to warn other customer, book some other dentist instead of here! Don’t wait until you experience something like I did to decide to change a dentist. Because the chip of my son’s teeth will never go back!!!

Definitely I don't recommend Bupa Garden City (anyway Bupa is good).It was 2 years ago, one day I visited there with my wife's dental quote.I ask one staff to check if my wife can make any claim for her incoming dental surgery,that staff told me certainly yes.(I contact Bupa later, one staff from headquarter told me that staff just checked my bupa profile and limit but not my wife's)Then my wife booked a surgery and when she visited Bupa Garden City to make a claim,she was told she had exceeded her limit so she couldn't claim any money back.nThen we had a talk with the manager,she was so rude and just shield her team member.At the end she accepted to give us some compensation but after she realise that we had alreadt cancelled our Bupa Insurance ,she refused to give us the compensation.nIt was in Decenmer 2017,my wife didn't feel painful ,she should have book the dental surgery just a few weeks later in 2018 so she can claim most of the surgery expense back instead of paying full amount expence.nBy the way,the manager even said that ,my wife had claimed enough,the money we paid for the insurance had all claimed back.Sooooo rude.
