If you have superannuation with this fund, or any of its agents, I encourage you to get it moved to another fund sooner rather than later. They will try every trick in the book to recover any payments they have to make to you despite the fact that you have been paying premiums to them for years. Terrible customer service. Very slow. Rude.

Im taking my matter through investigation and if anyone wants to come forward and go to the media, I’m all for it. AIA need to be exposed for who they are, miscalculations, ignoring the evidence and the proof, they actually think they can make your life unbearable and you will just go away, and a lot of people do just go away, the bullying and ignorance and the games AIA play are disgraceful, as policy holders we definitely need to make others aware that they should steer clear of anything to do with AIA underwriting Rest Super.

AIA Insurance sells insurance products but not to everyone. The moment they discovered my relative had Parkinson's disease they did not hesitate to discriminate against him and decline to cover him. You can consider yourself lucky if these people will insure you or even pay a claim as they are so discriminating.
