Thank you for the discount cut but the service could have been less rude. The lady who cut my hair didn’t greeted me nicely or was helpful. She was a bit quiet. I asked where her accent was from and she began to be more nicer and talkative after I mentioned I had a relative from her country but I won’t be coming back because she thought I looked Indian which maybe why she wasn’t being friendly.nNext time don’t judge a book by its cover. Not all dark haired are from India!

Went in for a haircut. Asked to cut a bit of length, ended up having more than half my length cut. Way too short. The person who cut my hair just kept cutting, never asking for my opinion. I didn't say anything when I left because I was too upset. The result is just not what I expected at all!

If I could give more stars, I would. This is all for Tracey at Garden City store. She treated my Autistic son with respect and dignity. We have on numerous times, requested that no clippers even the trimmer, be used and we have been ignored in the past. Tracey was more than accommodating. She moved with him and was careful around his ears as he is very sensitive. Highly recommend Tracey and will be coming back for our son's haircuts again in the future.

I had a hair cut from shoulder to neck length today..An asian lady who cut mynhair was sociable and was giving me tips regarding my hair. She advertised the salon’s shampoo and conditioner while doing the haircut. It (haircut) was done in 15 mins and had an additional blow dry (no shampoo) of my hair.nnI got shocked when I paid $43 as I normally pay Hairland (the hair salon next corner) for $29 with the same package.nThis is a very expensive haircut I have ever had.nnThere were still lot of little hairs stucked in my neck so I had to take a bath when I got home to avoid the itching discomfort.

I went to just cuts for my 14 month old daughters haircut after I was told by hairdresser in S + S hair salon that my daughter was too fussy and moving so they cannot cut her hair. It was her first haircut and hairdresser was hardly trying.nHowever hairdresser at just cuts was had patience and listened to what I needed. He used electric trimmer and scissors on top of head while my daughter was still moving a bit. Gave her a nice trim back and sides and pixie look on the top.
