Told a lady I had a party in evening so needed straight hair and nice haircut !!! Instead she did bouncy blow dried hair and straightened on top which was super bouncy !!! I never got a haircut as well !nMade me look horriblenI asked her to fix it she started blaming me and said I asked her to do this !nFirst you need to listen what customer wants !!!!nHow would I know how you gonna do the service?nIf I knew how to do hair I would have done at home!!!nYou are the professional ! I love to get a hair cut here.nThe lady cut my hair treated me nice and got serviced exactly what I want.nOnly thing bother me is to waiting for a while in queue. I'd better put my name on the list and shop then come again.

I came here twice. Each time I arrived around 4:15pm, I just want a quick men’s haircut but they told me that they are closing. In the time table, it indicates they close at 5:30pm. I have no idea what’s wrong with them, stuff’s attitude is so bad though.

Not a great experience. Cut my hair several days ago and I told her I didn't like it but they insisted that it looks good, she charged me 26$ instead of 22$ .

5 Stars. I have been a regular customer in Hairland for almost 2 years. Every time I come the staff treat me like family and always ask how I'm doing. My hairdresser Elena is the best and always cuts it perfectly every time! I recommend this shop if you are looking for a good korean style and friendly staff =]
