I’ve been to this store on multiple occasions, all times I’ve received appalling customer service, with employees having disgusting attitudes, rude and degrading other customer appearances, no help, very abrasive behaviours. Other price attack stores do not share this attitude problem. Management should definitely take a look into this issue, as clearly their are other reviews about it.
I am so impressed with the service I received from Burnie, I will definitely be recommending the garden city store to all my family and friends. Great range of hair products & electrical hair appliances but it’s Burnie’s excellent service that has me back in store as a customer.
This was my second time visiting Garden city and I’m blown away by the great service of Tiffany and Wendy. They are both amazing! I had gotten an unfortunate haircut from another salon and they spent time trying to work out a way of fixing it (without taking to much length because i am growing my hair). These ladies go out of there way to make you feel amazing. I walked away with a new cut and products to use at home. They showed me how to use them and how to style my new cut.nThank you very much I’ll be returning to Price attack from now on!!!
Today was my first time for a hair cut & colour at price attack I highly recommend Tayla she was wonderful and very friendly I got a bronde balayage she did an amazing job. I walked away a very happy customer. Thank you Tayla ud83dude0a
