The staff at Epic Hair Design - Upper Mount Gravatt are extremely helpful, knowledge and welcoming. They genuinely care about the health of their clients' hair and tend to their needs. The person who greeted me was very polite and friendly and very attentive to my needs making me really comfortable as a first time customer. Hannah my stylist did a fantastic job to help me figure out the best cut for me. Hannah was really helpful, friendly and professional. The whole experience was very relaxing and the haircut looks amazing. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

The whole experience was very average. Staff was polite but not overly friendly. My stylist said about 2 words to me. For $40 I expected to at least have a better experience. Quite disappointed!
I love Hope Island Epic Hair Salon. Kellie Rowe is my hairdresser. Her work, advice and friendly way will always get me returning. Kellie along with Kerastase saved my hair. Pricing is very fair. As for the other members of staff they are generous beyond measure and always go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and if you need anything. So to anyone reading this. JUST GO!!
