money stealers..would not let my dog be buried by these people. Recently a family friend passed away and myself and family called the funeral service to ask if we are able to make a contribution for the funeral costs as we knew the family were struggling financially. we were given the account details and a reference number which we deposited money in asap. nearly a week after at the funeral we enquire about the payment and the lady tells us they still charged the family the full amount and that the money we deposited wasnt used to go towards the funeral. We didnt recieve an apology or a proper reason all we were told was it would be reconciled eventually. after questioning the unapologetic woman she informs us that the money is probably sitting in an account which they have no control over!! WHAT BULLCRAP.. if we never chased up the payment who knows what would have happend to that money and the poor family got hit with the full bill .. after demanding my money be returned to me we then had to give cash to the family who did not want to accept it at all (which was the reason we wanted to do it the way we did in the first place) i am discusted that this happened and it makes me wonder what they were going to do with the $2000 that was given to them because it didnt come off the bill even tho it had the reference number and they were well aware it was being done as i did it 2 mins after being on the phone to her. as it was they refused to give out any extra booklets to anybody and they refused to let the elderly people sit inside out of the cold when there was a whole half of the chapel empty. WORST EVER
