Barbara from Position One Property was AMAZING. Cannot recommend her enough. She was responsive and did everything in her power to help my rental applications move as quickly as possible. She is not only professional, but very understanding and helpful. Best real estate I've dealt with by a long shot.

We hit the jack pot with Barbara from position one! At A time when the rental market was a chaotic and stressful Barbara made the whole process easier. I loved that we we were constantly kept in the loop about our rental application. Communication was easy and Barbara really made us feel like a priority. My experience with Barbara and the position one team has been nothing short of outstanding and I'm so grateful for your help.

I don’t want to be a negative person but dealing with position one property as a tenant has been the worst experience, the most upsetting experience and the most draining experience I’ve gone through in all my renting years! Nadine is the most unprofessional and rude agent I’ve dealt with I can not express the hurt, neglect and torment she has put my partner and I through! Refusing to give rental history to my current rental searchs in Western Australia because I had applied for “too many properties” and she no longer wanted to write out a reference. The owner of the house I was renting through them was the most lovely man! he was understanding and got along with my partner well when he came to assess the property for anything that needed fixing. He had no problems with us it was all Nadine! I’m upset I had to deal with such an awful agency but had such a lovely owner. My partner and I are in the process of putting a complaint in to the RTA. Would not recommend. And am sorry to anyone who has been bullied and treated unfairly by Nadine.

Unfortunately I have to agree with Tyler Hayward. I have been treated to so disgracefully by Nadine. Phone calls and conversations we had and agreed upon. Now so conveniently forgotten. I have been a good tenant and now that I'm moving on because the house was sold im trying to do the right thing and have the house cleaned, carpet down with pest control. Lawns done. I have been denied that chance because Nadine has gone back on our agreement. i have emails to prove it. But No, she refuses to acknowledge it even though she sent the email. I have explained my situation and that I would do everything to get my bond back because I'm needing the bond money for accommodation for after my baby is born to be close to her while she's has heart operations. My unborn baby has been diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Im in a stressful weak moment and Nadine has taken advantage of that. Rude unprofessional.
