Second time we have transported our pets with Aeropets and extremely happy with their staff and service from quotes to collection. Couldn’t fault their service at all. Sonny was well looked after as if he was their own. Definitely would use them again.

During border closures in Victoria, Aeropets united us with our beautiful pup from NSW and were able to get us on earlier flights that other well known companies were not able to. Whilst we appreciate the service and our pup made it safe to us, what we didn't appreciate was the lack of communication especially when you're paying a premium for this service.nnOnce we'd made the booking and confirmed we received no further information without asking ourselves. we weren't given any details in regards to where the pickup point at the airport was without asking for it and on the day of flight we received no confirmation text, email or call to advise that she'd been picked up from the breeder and made it safely to her flight. We only knew she was collected because the breeder told us, and had to call to confirm that she'd made it on the flight and re-confirm pickup location and timing.nnFor the price you pay for this service I expect better communication, and for this would only book them again if more well known services weren't available.

Fantastic experience with Aeropets, especially given all of the issues due to COVID.nnWe flew two pups on two flights Brisbane-Sydney-Melbourne.nnCustomer service fantastic and never had any issues getting in contact with Staff. Staff were easy to deal with, flights booked were as scheduled and no issues with last minute cancellations. One flight was cancelled a week out and we were immediately re-booked on the flight later that night. Prices reasonable. Would definitely use again.

HORRID lack of communication by Aeropets. Will not answer phone calls. After filling out a booking request, they will not contact you to confirm flight details, they just charge your credit card and send you a flight itinerary irrespective of time/date requests.nnTake over 2 weeks to process refunds, and hold onto a $150 fee (not sure what for...it's certainly not customer service!!). AVOID this company like the plague - we found Dogtainers to be much more helpful (they actually answer their phones!!) and were able to confirm a booking on the spot.

We hired a crate from Aeropets due to relocating interstate. I can't describe the stress we had turning up at the airport Virgin Cargo with our dog only. to find. the hire crate we had paid for with Aeropets was not there.nLuckily Virgin saved the day and found. us a back up but we would have been screwed if it wasn't for them. Not only did Aeropets not even bother to return my call prior. to us flying - after 5. days of waiting to hear back from them I still didn't get a phone call. I've had to call twice now for a refund and just praying I get my money back.nDO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!
